1. Quotations

Quotes are typically valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Significant scope changes may require revision.

The client agrees to provide clear access to the work area and disclose underground services where known.

Start dates are provisional and may shift due to weather or preceding project delays. We communicate changes promptly.

Specified materials or equivalent quality alternatives will be used. Colour variations in natural aggregates are normal.

Stage or deposit payments (if required) will be outlined in writing. Final balance due on practical completion unless agreed otherwise.

Workmanship warranty (e.g. 10 years on resin installation) covers installation defects, not misuse or structural movement outside our control.

We may photograph completed work for portfolio purposes unless you request otherwise before completion.

We are not liable for pre-existing structural issues or damage caused by undisclosed hazards.

Additional work requested after commencement will be costed and agreed before execution.
